Affion Crockett stars in "In the Flow with Affion Crockett," a sketch comedy series on FOX.

Affion Crockett (A-Con), a native of North Carolina with Trinidadian blood in his veins, was born to entertain. Crockett is one of the most versatile entertainers ever. He's an accomplished actor, dancer, rapper, comedian, music producer and director—a modern-day Sammy Davis Jr.

Crockett was introduced to the world on HBO's "Def Comedy Jam" in 1996. With crystal clear impressions and physical comedy, he was labeled the next Jim Carrey. After three years of successful touring in the Southeast United States, he packed the car and drove to Los Angeles. The rest, as they say in Hollywood, is a "wrap!"

Crockett began his career as a dancer at age 10. He won breaking and popping contests with his older brother and was taken in by the bright lights of the stage. He honed his impression skills by imitating anyone with a distinct voice: his mother's West Indian dialect, his school teacher's Southern drawl or Tony Montana's choppy Cuban accent. He later combined the dance and impressionist talents to develop his stand-up act.

Crockett graduated with honors from Fayetteville State University, where he received a bachelor's degree in business administration. Since moving to L.A., Crockett has used his comedic abilities and huge personality to get in "the door." He was a breakout star on MTV's "Nick Cannon Presents: Wild 'N Out" and "Nick Cannon Presents: Short Circuitz" with Nick Cannon. He has also starred on "Curb Your Enthusiasm," "Married to the Kellys," "The Jamie Kennedy Experiment" and Cedric the Entertainer's show. He appeared in "Dance Flick," opposite Damon Wayans Jr., "Welcome Home, Roscoe Jenkins," with Martin Lawrence, and "Soul Men" with Samuel L. Jackson and Bernie Mac. He has also demonstrated his dramatic range on such series as "CSI: NY," "NYPD Blue" and "The District."

Crockett has produced three hip-hop album projects, "A.R.E. Mixxtape Vol.1," "D187 Hood Radio" with D.J. Delz and "Affion Crockett: No Joke." He is currently producing and directing films and TV shows with his partner Johnollie Nelson, under the name Uncomf'tables Films. Crockett is surely an entertainer to watch for. Stay tuned for Affion Crockett, aka Oskamill, for he has only just begun.
