Jarrod Fowler at his audition for Season 6 of Fox's American Idol
Jarrod Fowler received a golden ticket to Hollywood on Season 6 of Fox's "American Idol" but got cut in the first round. Jarrod Fowler auditioned in Minneapolis where he sang "Bless The Broken Road" by Rascal FlattsPaula Abdul, Simon Cowell, Randy Jackson, and guest judge Jewel all voted him through to the next round.

Jarrod Fowler is 27 years old.  Jarrod Fowler is currently serving in the U.S. Navy as an Intelligence Specialist, 2nd Class on the USS Ronald Reagan stationed out in San Diego. When
Jarrod Fowler  won a 11 week competition on the ship called "Reagan Idol," his fellow officers encouraged him to try out for  Fox's "American Idol."  Jarrod Fowler attended Northern Arizona University from 1997-1999 and Glendale Community College from 1999-2001.  Jared Fowler is from Peoria, Arizona.
