Kia Thornton received a golden ticket to Hollywood on Season 6 of Fox's "American Idol." Kia Thornton auditioned in New York where she sang Aretha Franklin's "Ain't No Way."  When she was done, Simon Cowell said, "Wow, this girl can sing."  Simon Cowell, Paula Abdul, Randy Jackson and guest judge Carol Bayer Sager unanimously voted her through to the next round.
