Perla Meneses was born in Colombia but now lives in
Margate, Florida. Perla Meneses said that she came to the USA when she was 15 years old with just two backpacks, a teddy bear, and her guitar. Perla Meneses also said that at one point, she was homeless. Perla Meneses is 25 years old.
