Andrew Lincoln stars in "The Walking Dead" on AMC as Rick Grimes.

Andrew Lincoln was born in London, grew up in Hull and moved to Bath, when he was ten years old. He did his schooling from Beechen Cliff School, after which he attended the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts. It was here that he changed his name from Clutterbuck to Lincoln. He is married to Gael Anderson and has a son with her.

Lincoln is famous in the U.K primarily for his voice, as he has provided it as narrator for documentaries and for radio and television advertising.

His television career includes his work in famous series like "This Life," comedy drama "Teachers" and "Afterlife." His feature credits include "Love Actually," "Enduring Love" and "Gangster No. 1."

Walking Dead is very good so far, not excellent/ It's a combination of BBC's Survivor (which I consider to be excellent),and Zombieland.
