Anna & Patryk from "America's Got Talent 2010," whose full names are Anna Kaczmarski and Patryk Ploszay, are one of the Top 48 acts in Season 5 of the NBC talent competition series. They auditioned in New York, New York. Anna & Patryk are dancers who are both 12 years old.
Anna and Patryk have been dancing since they were five and six years old respectively, but they both had their beginnings separately. Patryk started to learn his first steps in Poland, while Anna got her first taste of dancing in New York. At the age of seven Patryk and his family decided that they would relocate to America. In the beginning the two did not dance together so they went through a few other partners without much success. They finally decided to try dancing with one another, and soon realized their potential. Over the last four years they have enjoyed great success in dancing competitions and have won the Nationals for three consecutive years. They also represented the United States two times at the World Championships in Blackpool, England. Unlike many other couples they dance both Standard and Latin, which includes ten dances: the Slow Waltz, Tango, Viennese Waltz, Foxtrot, Quickstep, Cha-Cha, Samba, Rumba, Paso Doble, and Jive. Getting into "Americas Got Talent" has been one of their latest achievements and a pleasant surprise. With that said, both of them hope to amaze all of America with their dancing, and hope it will be one of the steps that will help lead them to their ultimate goal of becoming professional dancers.
