Anna Van Hooft

Anna Van Hooft stars as Princess Aura on SCI FI Channel's "Flash Gordon." Princess Aura, the beautiful and willful daughter of Ming, is often underestimated, even by her father. Always striving to earn her father's respect, even when she doesn't agree with him, Aura understands politics well and knows how to manipulate most situations to her benefit. Her fascination with Flash and her rivalry with Dale make her at times a useful ally — and, at other times, a formidable opponent.

Anna Van Hooft was recently seen in Neil Labute's feature "Wicker Man."  Anna Van Hooft was also featured in the high-school comedy "John Tucker Must Die."

Anna Van Hooft's other credits include the television movies "Hollywood Wives" and "Twelve Mile Road." Anna Van Hooft also co-starred in the Nickelodeon series "Caitlin's Way."
