Anthony Veneziale stars in Pivot's improv comedy series "Freestyle Love Supreme."

Anthony Veneziale attended Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut, and graduated with a BA in Film Studies. In New York City he started a production company with three friends called Back House Productions. After five years of blood, sweat, and tears, their first musical, "In the Heights," went off-Broadway and then two years later opened on Broadway, where it went on to win the Tony Award for Best New Musical of 2008.

Veneziale has helped five new plays get openings off-Broadway as a producer and developed over thirty new plays with readings and workshops. He has acted in the feature film "Che!" directed by Steven Soderberg, and such television shows as "All My Children," "Trauma," "Very Funny Live" and "The Electric Company." He has also directed spots for AMC and both appeared and done voiceover work for numerous commercials. In 2007 he helped to redevelop PBS's children's television show "The Electric Company" as a creative producer, writer, lyricist, and actor.

More recently he appeared on ESPN2's "SportsNation," doing freestyle raps during Super Bowl week for such football celebrities as Jerry Rice, Cris Carter, and Eli Manning, among others. In San Francisco, he founded a comedy improv troupe, HUGE, and also a west coast version of FLS called The Freeze.

When not producing or acting Veneziale is an editor, writer and director for Lekker Media. He also gets paid to help develop viral videos, write songs and create new shows.
