Antonia Lofaso is one of the chefs featured in GSN's culinary reality series, "Beat the Chefs." She previously competed in Season 4 of Bravo's reality cooking competition series "Top Chef: Chicago," and returned for Season 8, "Top Chef: All-Stars."

She currently serves as consulting chef for Black Market Liquor Bar in Studio City, California. Her first book, "The Busy Mom's Cookbook, " was released in August 2012.

Perhaps a bit of a sleeper in the first few episodes of her season, Antonia Lofaso finally hit a winning streak before ultimately being eliminated in Puerto Rico for poorly-cooked pigeon peas! Pigeon peas!

Antonia Lofaso worked for executive chef Lee Hefter at Spago restaurant for six years and is now Executive Chef at the popular L.A. restaurant Foxtail. A single mother living in Los Angeles with her 7-year-old daughter, she comes from an Italian background and says fresh linguine with white truffle is her favorite thing to cook. She always has aged balsamic and extra virgin olive oil on hand, and root beer floats with her daughter are her favorite indulgence.
