Calm, kind and knowledgeable, Arnie Schreder is adored by his co-workers and is a mentor to the younger pilots. Arnie has an incredible 37,000 hours in the captain's seat. He's seen it all, from crop dusting to fire bombing to ice-strip landings at the top of the world. There isn't much that can shake this veteran pilot. But at 67, Arnie's been flying for seven years longer than Air Canada pilots are allowed to fly.
