Ashley DuBose from "The Voice" is one of top 48 contestants in Season 5 of the NBC reality singing competition series. She is on Adam Levine's team.

Ashley DuBose sang "Diamonds" by Rihanna for her blind audition. After all four judges turned their chairs around, DuBose decided to choose Levine to be her coach.

As a single mother to three-year-old Camrynn, Ashley wears many hats. She has a bachelor's in mathematics, recorded an EP and now works full-time as a programmer analyst — booking music gigs on the side. Ashley wants to prove to her daughter that nothing can get in the way of your dreams.

Ashley is from St. Paul, Minnesota.
