Ayda Field stars as Montana Diaz Herrera on FOX's "Back to You."

Once she decided upon acting as a career, things happened very quickly for Los Angeles native Ayda Field. On her way home from attending Duke University, Ayda Field landed an audition on the daytime drama "Days of Our Lives." The audition blossomed into a recurring role on the series that ran over the course of a season.

Ayda Field's additional television credits include the cable series "Arli$$," "Will & Grace," "Eve," "Blue Collar TV" and a recurring role on "Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip." Ayda Field has appeared in numerous pilots, including "Back to You" creator Steve Levitan's pilot "Platonically Incorrect."

Ayda Field completed production on the independent film "Play Dead" with Chris Kline and Fred Durst.

Ayda Field, who enjoys running and tennis, currently lives in Beverly Hills, California.
