Hi, I live in a very small town in far west texas (2 1/2) hrs from the nearest WalMart!!!! You are the other woman in my husbands life. Now, my question - I do not like: bell pepper,anise, fennel, blue cheese, basil and sage. Are there substitutions for these in say your blue cheese dressing? Do I have to use these ingredients or just leave them out? I consider myself a Southern Bell ( from MS) but my husband calls me a Southern Ding Dong. I know, I know I am a Klingon, but never learned to like any of the above mentioned. Please help. Love your show. Thank you, Catherine PS Could you send an 8X10 glossy for my husband?

Just watched part of show where Ina made bolognese sauce ---not even close ! she made tomato with chopmeat sauce and she put oil in pasta water . She should not call what she cooks Italian . --doesn't even pronounce correctly. Never again.
