Barry Sloane stars in "Revenge" on ABC as Aiden Mathis.

Barry Sloane is a British actor making his splash into American television. He is best known for playing Niall Rafferty from 2007–2009 in the long-running UK soap opera "Hollyoaks," reprising the role in "Hollyoaks Later." He also had a recurring role in "Holby City" and has appeared in the TV movies "In His Life: The John Lennon Story" and the award-winning "Pleasureland." Guest-starring roles include "Doctors," "The Bill," "Casualty" and "The Courtroom."

On the big screen, Sloane appeared in "The Mark of Cain" and "Penthouse North," alongside Michelle Monaghan and Michael Keaton.

In 2009 Sloane appeared as Troy Whitworth in in the play "Jerusalem" at The Royal Court Theatre London. The play received such incredible reviews that it was transferred to Broadway. In February 2012, Sloane landed a role as Boyo in "Gotham."

Sloane is also a musician.
