Ben Koldyke stars in "Work It" as Lee. The ABC comedy is about two former car salesman who begin dressing in drag in order to secure new jobs.

Ben Koldyke is best known for his roles as the tortured, closeted Dale Tomasson in the HBO drama "Big Love" and the wacky Don Frank in the CBS comedy "How I Met Your Mother." His other television credits include guest roles on FOX's "24" and FX's "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia."

On the big screen, Koldyke has appeared in "Thirteen Days," starring Kevin Costner, "Stuck on You," starring Matt Damon and Greg Kinnear, and "The Next Best Thing," starring Madonna and Rupert Everett. In addition, Koldyke wrote, directed and starred in the dark comedy "Red Zone" about renegade meter maids. He has also written and directed several short films, including "Jedi Gym" and "Osama Bin Laden: Behind the Madness."

Ben Koldyke's acting career started later in his life. He was originally a teacher and coach in Chicago for many years, making short films in his spare time. He eventually moved out to Los Angeles to pursue a career as a writer and, when interviewing for a writing job on a FOX comedy pilot, they asked him to read as an actor. He got the part and has continued acting ever since.
