Ben Lyons is one of the hosts of Nickelodeon's game show, "My Family's Got GUTS."

At the ripe age of 26, Ben Lyons is the resident film critic and entertainment correspondent on the E! Entertainment network and a co-host of "At the Movies." Ben Lyons' movie reviews are featured on E! Online as well in his signature segment and web page called, "The Lyon's Den." The multi-tasking Ben Lyons can also be seen as the West Coast Entertainment Correspondent for ABC's "Good Morning America."

Born and raised in New York City, Ben Lyons is the grandson of legendary New York Post columnist Leonard Lyons and is the son of NBC film critic Jeffrey Lyons. With such lineage, it's no wonder much of Ben Lyons' childhood was spent among the notable artistic and influential figures of our time.
