Beth Curry stars in "Bunheads" on ABC Family as Hilary.
Beth Curry started dancing at five years old and began musical theater at nine. She started doing community theater and received a BFA in Theatre from Southern Methodist University, where she was seen in shows such as "Lie of the Mind" and as a soloist in an A&E broadcast special, "Tribute to Sondheim."
After graduating, she played Rizzo in a touring production of "Grease" across Europe. She later became a back-up singer for the Brian Setzer Orchestra and has toured all over the US and Japan with the big band. She is featured on their CDs, "Dig That Crazy Santa Claus" and "Christmas Extravaganza." She has also received a Billboard Award for her own music.
In 2005, she made her Broadway debut as Rhonda in "Good Vibrations." She went on to be in the original jump roping cast of "Legally Blonde" and in the first national tour of "Dirty Rotten Scoundrels." On television, she has appeared in several episodes of the daytime soap "All My Children" and guest starred on the ABC comedy "Hope & Faith."
In addition to being an actress and singer, Curry is a dancer who specializes in a range of styles including Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Hip Hop and Ballroom.
