"Billions" (TV show) on Showtime is a complex-and-contemporary drama series about power politics in the New York world of high finance that stars Oscar nominee and Emmy and Golden Globe winner Paul Giamatti and Emmy and Golden Globe winner Damian Lewis.

This series takes an insider look at the world of high finance by tracking the approaching collision between two titanic figures — the hard charging, politically savvy U.S. Attorney Chuck Rhoades (Giamatti), and the brilliant, ambitious hedge fund king, Bobby "Axe" Axelrod (Lewis). The cast also includes Maggie Siff, Malin Akerman, Toby Leonard Moore, David Costabile and Condola Rashad.

Season 2

Season two picks up immediately after the season one finale, as hard-charging U.S. Attorney Chuck Rhoades squares off against billionaire hedge fund king Bobby "Axe" Axelrod, scorching the earth in a costly war for personal domination. It's law versus money, with power, sex, and the soul of New York in the balance. Guest stars this season include Rob Morrow, Dan Soder, Kelly AuCoin, Mary-Louise Parker, Danny Strong, James Wolk, Christopher Denham, Glenn Fleshler, Asia Kate Dillon and Eric Bogosian.

"Billions" is written and executive produced by Brian Koppelman & David Levien ("Ocean's Thirteen," "Rounders"), and Andrew Ross Sorkin ("Too Big To Fail"). The pilot was directed by acclaimed director Neil Burger ("The Illusionist," "Divergent"), who also serves as an executive producer.
