Blake Benge from "Biggest Loser 2014" is one of the contestants featured in Season 16 of the NBC reality weight-loss competition series. She is a student from San Clemente, California.

Blake Benge has struggled with weight her entire life, except for a period in high school in which she got her weight down to 138 pounds. She was born and raised in Redlands, California, the youngest of three children. Benge played high school soccer and also participated in track and cheerleading. Her soccer coaches called her "The Freight Train" on the field, and her soccer team won the division championship in 2010. She was also in cross country for two years.

When she stopped playing sports in college and continuing an active lifestyle, she saw the weight come back on quickly. A poor diet, no exercise and binge eating all factored in to her weight gain. "After my first year of college at 256 pounds, I realized I needed to get healthy because I don't want to live an unhappy life," she says.

Now 18 years old and 251 pounds, Benge recently completed her first year at Santa Barbara City College. Once she loses the weight, she looks forward to feeling confident, being happy, looking good in her clothes and wearing a bikini.
