Blaze Johnson from "The Voice" is one of top 48 artists in Season 8 of the NBC reality singing competition series. Raised in Reynoldsburg, Ohio, and Nassau, Bahamas, he is on Adam Levine's team.

Blaze Johnson sang "How to Save a Life" by The Fray for his blind audition. After both Levine and Blake Shelton turned their chairs around, Blaze chose Levine to be his coach.

Blaze was uprooted from the Bahamas at the age of eight when his parents moved to the United States to provide a better life for their son. Blaze played football in high school and was offered a scholarship, but he turned it down to pursue music. His mom told him that he was blessed with a special gift and needed to share it with the world. Blaze is hoping that "The Voice" will give him the platform he needs to do just that.
