Brie Larson stars as Kate Gregson on Showtime's "United States of Tara."

Brie Larson first studied drama at the early age of six, becoming the youngest student ever to attend the American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco. With such a strong foundation, she was able to star in the feature films "Right on Track", "Raising Dad" and "Sleepover" before graduating from middle school. In 2006, Brie starred opposite Luke Wilson in "Hoot" and wrote and recorded an original song for the soundtrack.

Larson's upcoming films include "House Broken" starring Danny DeVito, the coming of age drama "Tanner Hall," and the dark comedy "Just Peck" starring Marcia Cross. In addition to her acting career, she landed her first record deal with Universal Records when she was 13 years old. She also writes and publishes her own quarterly book series called "Bunnies and Traps" featuring young contributors from around the world.
