Camilo Pardo from "Motor City Masters" is one of the contestants featured in the truTV reality car design competition series. He currently lives in Detroit, Michigan.

Artist and designer Camilo Pardo is most recognized as the Chief Designer of the Ford GT and for his advanced concepts in fashion design as well as his large paintings of race cars and women. His studio in Detroit hosts parties that regularly attract models, celebrities and automotive legends.

Pardo is the former chief designer

at Ford (2004-2006) where he was responsible for designs of the SVT Mustang, the Ford Focus and the Ford GT. He won the IDSA (Industrial Design Society Merit Award) and was the first student at CCS to hold an international internship (France). His specialty is advanced concept-car design.

For eight years Pardo worked as a professor at College for Creative Studies in Detroit in addition to working at Disney with Pixar on advanced designs for future movies.
