Gugino also starred in "The War At Home" with Martin Sheen, Kathy Bates and Emilio Estevez; "Michael" with John Travolta and William Hurt; "Miami Rhapsody" opposite Sarah Jessica Parker; "This Boy's Life" with Robert DeNiro and Leonardo DiCaprio; and "Son In Law." Gugino's television credits include her critically acclaimed performances in the CBS series "Threshold" and as the title character in the series, "Karen Sisco," based on the character from the Elmore Leonard novel "Out of Sight." Gugino also appeared opposite Michael J. Fox on "Spin City"; as a neurosurgeon on "Chicago Hope"; and in the Hallmark Hall of Fame movie "A Season for Miracles," starring opposite Kathy Baker, Laura Dern and Lynn Redgrave. Gugino received rave reviews as an American girl who finds her way into aristocratic British society in the BBC/PBS miniseries "The Buccaneers."

Gugino made her Broadway debut in the summer of 2004 at the Roundabout Theater's revival of Arthur Miller's "After the Fall." She received many accolades, including an Outer Critics' Circle Award nomination and a Theater World award for Outstanding Broadway Debut.
