Carter Jenkins stars in "Aliens in the Attic." Previously, Carter Jenkins starred as Jack in CBS's "Viva Laughlin."

At the age of 7 Carter Jenkins decided he wanted to be an actor and began performing in community theatre, then on local and national commercials. At age 11, with the support and encouragement of his family, Carter Jenkins was ready to audition for acting jobs in Los Angeles.

Since his arrival in Los Angeles a few years ago, Carter Jenkins landed a role in the television series "Surface," and has had recurring roles and guest appearances in "Unfabulous," "Scrubs," "Lost," "Everwood" and "The Bernie Mac Show." Carter Jenkins has also appeared in "CSI: Miami," "CSI: NY" and "Without a Trace," all on CBS.

On the big screen, Carter Jenkins appeared in the feature films "The Bad News Bears" and "Keeping Up with the Steins," "Life is Ruff" and the award winning short film "A Day's Work." Carter Jenkins also appeared in the independent comedy "Think Tank." Upcoming is the feature "Arcadia Lost," in which Carter plays opposite Haley Bennett and Nick Nolte.

Carter Jenkins lives in the Los Angeles area with his parents and siblings.
