Christopher Jordan Wallace stars in "Everything Must Go," alongside Will Ferrell, Laura Dern and Rebecca Hall, as Kenny Loftus.

Christopher Jordan Wallace was born in Manhattan, New York, to rap icon, The Notorious B.I.G. and legendary R&B star, Faith Evans. Deemed heir to hip-hop royalty, Christopher from an early age was heavily influenced by music but was always very drawn to the arts, well before being introduced to the cinematic world. People saw him on TV for the very first time in the Bad Boy Family tribute video to his late father, "We'll Always Love Big Poppa" (1997) at the tender age of one. Wallace was seen again several years later in his mom's video for "Again," the first single from her 2005 Gold-selling album The First Lady.

Christopher's break-through performance came when he auditioned and landed the role of Christopher Wallace (The Notorious B.I.G.), where he played his father as a child from the age of 8 to 13, in the box office smash "Notorious" (2009). The compelling biopic took viewers into the life of a cultural icon, though gone too soon, managed to leave an indelible mark on society. Reeling in $21.5 Million and debuting at No. 4 in its opening weekend, the George Tillman directed film became the biggest opening weekend for Fox/Searchlight, and marked CJ's debut as an actor. "Playing my dad as a kid in the movie gave me true insight on what he did when he was younger. It was surreal to me because I'd never acted in a movie before, and it was almost as if my dad was living through me," says Wallace.

Following the release of "Notorious," Christopher's extraordinary talent was immediately recognized and he was praised by critics for his challenging role in the film. Not only did the movie launch Wallace's acting career, it put him amongst Hollywood's rising child stars.
