Chris Allison (43 years old), aka Coney Island Chris, is a performer who combines the wonders of the sideshow with old-fashioned physical comedy. It all started when he went on a 5th grade field trip to Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus and was mesmerized by the clowns! From that day forward, Allison knew he wanted to grow up and make people laugh for a living. After graduating high school, he went on to college: Ringling Bros. and Barnum and Bailey's Clown College that is where he received a BFA (Bachelor of Fun Arts). He spent 11 years as a clown on tour bringing laughter to families around the country. While touring with Ringling Bros., Allison met one of his biggest supporters: his wife Gina. Since leaving the circus 13 years ago, he has been making people laugh on Cruise Ships, at Casino Shows, and at various eclectic venues. Coney Island Chris now has the chance to make another major dream come true by winning "America's Got Talent" and performing in Las Vegas.
