Courtney Means from "Say Yes to the Dress: Bridesmaids" stars in the TLC reality series.

Courtney Means ("Say Yes to the Dress: Bridesmaids") has been working at Bridals by Lori for two years, and she became the assistant manager about six months ago. She describes her work in the bridesmaids department as "fitting another piece of the puzzle into the larger picture of the wedding." And, she says it's "fascinating to see how a large group of girls interacts at the store. I like to see the different personalities and find out why they're friends and what makes them stay friends."

Before she came to Lori's, Courtney worked as a wedding planner, but her formal training is in interior design. And if you let her explain how interiors and bridal are similar, she'll convince you completely! "People have a relationship with their houses the way they do with their clothes. They want to look and feel a certain way … Plus, there are the spatial aspects to fashion. I have to measure girls and figure out which shapes will look best on their bodies. And there's color coordination, too."

It all sounds awfully logical, but don't think Courtney's the boring consultant with the measuring tape. She's the exact opposite! "I'm a lot of fun," she says. "I've got a thick skin, so you can say anything to me. I've got a sarcastic sense of humor, and I can find something funny in any situation."

Off the clock, you'll find Courtney out dining and enjoying the nightlife in Atlanta. She's into live music, and she's probably wearing her signature leopard print, red lipstick ("Always red lipstick!") and motorcycle boots. "My style is retro and very pin-up," she says. Courtney insists that she makes the world's best salads and she confides that she's pretty handy for a girl: "I can change tires and build things."
