Damon Gupton stars in "Prime Suspect." Adapted from the British miniseries, the NBC drama is about iconoclastic female detective (Maria Bello) who has to make her bones in a tough New York precinct dominated by men.
Damon Gupton attended the University of Michigan, where he received his Bachelor of Music Education degree before moving on Juilliard. He was also an Assistant Conductor with the Kansas City Symphony.
Gupton's recent movie credits include M. Night Shyamalan's "The Last Airbender," "Before the Devil Knows You're Dead," starring Philip Seymour Hoffman and Ethan Hawke, and "Unfaithful," starring Richard Gere and Diane Lane.
