Dan Delgado brings 18 years of broadcast journalism experience to the KYTX/Channel 19 newsroom. Dan Delgado joined KYTX/Channel 19 in 2004 as the station's main anchor and Assistant News Director, and was named News Director in March 2007.
Dan Delgado moved to KYTX/Channel 19 from San Antonio, Texas, where he anchored the dayside news for News 9 San Antonio, a 24-hour local news station. Prior to his duties in San Antonio, Dan Delgado spent 10 years in Las Vegas, where he was the anchor and executive producer of "Good Morning Las Vegas," a two-hour, live morning show on KTNV. Dan Delgado began his broadcasting career with KIII-TV in Corpus Christi, Texas, before heading to Las Vegas.
Born and raised in Kingsville, Texas, Dan Delgado received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from Texas A&I University. Dan Delgado and his wife, Carey, are the proud parents of two children and currently live in Tyler, Texas.
