Dannah Phirman stars in Hulu's original parody series "The Hotwives of Orlando," as Alli, and "The Hotwives of Las Vegas" as Leona Carpeze.

Dannah Phirman is a New York City transplant and has been performing sketch and improv at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre in Los Angeles since 1998. With her writing partner Danielle Schneider, Phirman wrote and starred in the show "Eye Candy," directed by Amy Poehler, which was selected for the HBO/Aspen Comedy Festival. Together Phirman and Schneider created the show "Dead Heiresses," which was developed as a pilot for Comedy Central. They also wrote "Beverly Hills Chihuahua 2" for Disney, "Catfight" for New Line Cinema, and "Boys Are Stupid, Throw Rocks at Them" for Universal Studios. 

On television, Phirman starred in Adult Swim's "Newsreaders" and was a featured cast member on FOX's "MADtv." She has appeared in "Childrens Hospital," "Blackballed: The Bobby Dukes Story," "The Very Funny Show," "The Birthday Boys" and "Late Night with Conan O'Brien." She is the voice of the title character of PBS's "WordGirl" and has starred in Nickelodeon's "The Mighty B!" and "Tak and the Power of Juju," as well as Disney's animated pilot "Fleeps."

Dannah has grown accustomed to apologizing for the pronunciation of her name and would like to publicly blame her parents for spelling "Donna" wrong.
