British actor Dave Plimmer has recently appeared in stage productions of Count Arthur Strong's "Command Performance" tour, "Midsummer Night's Dream" and "The Tempest" (Shakespeare at the Tobacco Factory, directed by Andrew Hilton), and "Uncle Vanya" (Telegin, Shakespeare at the Tobacco Factory co-production with Bristol Old Vic, directed by Andrew Hilton).

Plimmer's recent credits include the feature film "Persuasion" and "Max Bear" (Tubby Bottles), a Channel 4 animation with Tom Baker. His UK television appearances include "The Bill", "Down to Earth" (ITV), "Casualty" (BBC), "Ice Dance" (BBC), and "Prince" (BBC).

Some of his most memorable stage credits are "Here is Monster," directed by Mark Ravenhill; the British premiere of an American play set in the Deep South "These Four Walls," directed by David Hopkins; "Ubu Roi," directed by Bill Buffery; "Violet and the Little Angel," written and directed by Philip Osment; "Spell of Cold Weather"; "Grandad's Big Adventure"; "The Lost Child," directed by Andy Brereton at the Chichester Festival Theatre; "As You Like It," directed by Andrew Hilton at Touchstone; and "Jungle Book," directed by Andy Brereton at the Watermill Theatre Newbury. Plimmer has also been a part of the Lancaster Dukes (1 year), Bolton Octagon Theatre (2 years), Victoria Theatre Stoke on Trent (3 ½ years), Bristol Old Vic (2 years) repertory theaters as well as numerous theater tours.
