David Anders stars in "Necessary Roughness" on USA Network in the recurring role of Troy Cutler, second-in-command to Connor (John Stamos) at V3, the world's premiere sports and talent agency.

Best known for his starring role as Julian Sark in the ABC series "Alias," David Anders has also had recurring roles in ABC's "Once Upon a Time," as Dr. Whale, The CW's "Vampire Diaries," as John Gilbert, FOX's "24," as Josef Bazhaev, and NBC's "Heroes" as Adam Monroe. His guest appearances include HBO's critically acclaimed "Deadwood," Syfy's "Warehouse 13," CBS's "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation," ABC's "Grey's Anatomy," FOX's "Lie to Me," NBC's "Undercovers" and The WB's "Charmed."

Anders has also done several stage productions and starred in the off-Broadway musical "Beautiful." He is known for playing English men with a flawless British accent, even though he is not British.
