Dean Innocenzi from "Human Resources" stars in the Pivot reality docu-series. He is a graphic designer at TerraCycle, a company that makes consumer products from waste.

While some companies frame generic paintings on their walls, TerraCycle calls on Trenton-born graffiti artist, Dean Innocenzi. He wears his hometown pride daily on his flat brim hat that bears Trenton's area code. along to his favorite "cooking music."

Dean can take any word and make it monosyllabic with his slang abbreviations, for example: "I'd be psyched to go to Wend with Dianj, but she salty, so I'll just catch a tag. Late!" Translation: "I'd love to go to Wendy's with Diandra, but she's mad at me, so I'll just do graffiti. Bye."

Dean's affinity for Rasta culture prompted his artist name, Ras, in his graffiti crews FUA, SM and Trenton-based Vicious Styles. This has paved the way for a friendship with TerraCycle's 66-year-old Jamaican-born scientist, Ernie. Dean is also quite the conspiracy theorist in conjunction with science fiction, namely with the shape shifting "Reptilian" humanoids and Saturn worship.
