Dhaffer L'Abidine stars in "Hunted" on Cinemax as Bernard Farroux.

Born in Tunisia, Dhaffer L'Abidine is a former professional soccer player who decided to become an actor and left his homeland for Britain to attend the Birmingham School of Speech and Drama. After graduating in 2002, he soon landed a role in the Sky One television soap "Dream Team" from 2002–2004. Since then, he has made guest appearances in such UK and Middle Eastern series as "Wire in the Blood," "The Bill," "Doctors," "Bombshell," "MI-5," the BAFTA Award-winning "The Mark of Cain," "Thieves Like Us," "The Whistleblowers," "A Touch of Frost," "The Omid Djalili Show" and "Wallender." In 2007 he hosted one of the biggest talent shows in the Middle East, "Prince of Poets." More recently, he was seen in "Strike Back" and had recurring roles in "Casualty" and "Benidorm."

On the big screen, L'Abidine has been featured in such high profile projects as Ron Howard's "The Da Vinci Code," starring Tom Hanks, Alfonso Cuarón's "The Children of Men," alongside Clive Owen and Julianne Moore, Neil Marshall's "Centurion," opposite Michael Fassbender and Dominic West, and Michael Patrick King's "Sex and the City 2," starring Sarah Jessica Parker. L'Abidine was also seen in "The Stone Merchant," starring Harvey Keitel, among others.

L'Abidine is fluent in English, Arabic, French and Italian.
