Digger Manes from "Moonshiners" stars in the Discovery Channel reality docu-series.

"Digger" Manes earned his nickname from his prior life as a funeral director. A former disciple of mountain legend Popcorn Sutton, the Tennessee native wrote the book on making high-quality mash that made the finest liquor. Armed with a sense of humor as dry as malted corn, Digger has partnered up with old friend Mark Ramsey to test new mash recipes they hope will prove they're still the top dogs in the moonshine world.
