Dustin Ybarra stars in "Us and Them" on FOX as Smithy.

Dustin Ybarra is a Latino comic who was born and raised in Texas. He was recently a finalist for the "Funniest Dallas Comic" in 2009 and the winner of the Rza's Wu-Tang Chess Rap in 2008. He recently taped the MTV pilot "What You're Watching" with Alexia Chung and was invited to perform at the NBC Diversity Comedy Showcase in New York City that was hosted by Bill Bellamy at Caroline's Comedy Club. Dustin then moved to NYC a week later booking his first national commercial for Comcast.

Ybarra has performed across the country at clubs and colleges nationwide working with comedic greats such as Jay Mohr, Pablo Francisco and Jimmy Walker to name a few. Ybarra got his start starring in the web series "Sucker Punch Comedy," which he also wrote. His television credits include a recurring role in "Californication," "Glory Daze," Comedy Central and MTV.

On the big screen, Ybarra was seen in "21 & Over," starring Miles Teller and Justin Chon, "We Bought a Zoo," starring Matt Damon and Scarlett Johansson, "Balls to the Wall," alongside Joe Hursley and Jenna Dewan-Tatum, and "Hop," opposite James Marsden, Russell Brand and Kaley Cuoco.
