Eamonn Walker is a talented, compelling actor known for his depth, integrity and ability to give life to the most layered of characters. Walker recently starred opposite Melissa George in the suspenseful feature "A Lonely Place to Die"; alongside Ben Affleck, Tommy Lee Jones and Chris Cooper in "The Company Men"; and opposite Idris Elba in the psychological thriller "Legacy,"which premiered at the 2010 Tribeca Film Festival.

Walker is perhaps best known for his portrayal of Kareem Said, the Muslim leader on the critically acclaimed HBO series "Oz." His work on this show earned him a Golden Satellite nomination and a Cable Ace Award for Best Actor in a Dramatic Series. Walker later performed the title role in Andrew Davies' modern day "Othello" for Masterpiece Theatre, and went on to star in the Jerry Bruckheimer produced series "Justice." Walker more recently starred in ABC's "The Whole Truth" as Sr. ADA Terrence "Edge" Edgecomb.
Walker recently performed to standing room only audiences and great critical acclaim as the first black actor to portray Othello at the historic Old Globe Theatre in London. In 2005 Walker made his Broadway debut as Marc Antony, alongside Denzel Washington and Colm Feore, in "Julius Caesar" at the Belasco Theatre. That same year he co-starred in Andrew Niccol's film, "Lord of War," opposite Nicholas Cage and Ethan Hawke. Walker also starred in Carroll Ballard's critically acclaimed film, "Duma."
Other notable film roles for Walker include the Bruce Willis feature "Tears of the Sun," Laurence Fishburne's "Once in the Life" and M. Night Shyamalan's "Unbreakable."
