Ed Stoppard stars in A&E's drama series "The Frankenstein Chronicles" as Sir Daniel Hervey.

British actor Ed Stoppard recently starred as Dr. Will Cambell in ITV's hit drama series "Home Fires," which follows a group of inspirational women in a rural Cheshire community during World War II, and starred as Brian Epstein in ITV's miniseries "Cilla," which as nominated for two BAFTA Awards and was written by Academy Award nominated Jeff Pope, alongside Sheridan Smith as Cilla Black and Aneurin Barnard as Bobby Willis. Stoppard also had a recurring role as Lemay in BBC One's "The Musketeers" and played Bruce Babbish in BBC Two's "The Politician's Husband," alongside David Tennant and Emily Watson. Other UK television credits include "Upstairs Downstairs," "Zen" and "Any Human Heart."

On the big screen, Stoppard plays Julian in Paolo Sorrentino's "Youth," alongside Rachel Weisz, Michael Caine and Harvey Keitel. Stoppard also stars in the horror comedy "Cryptic," the horror thrillers "Angelica," alongside Jena Malone, and "Blackwood," and the drama-documentary "Mandela: The Prison Years," alongside Clarke Peters.
