Eddie Branch from "Coal" stars in the Spike TV reality docu-series about coal miners. He works the night shift as an electrician and mechanic.

Eddie Branch started coal mining back in 1977, when the industry was booming. A third-generation coal miner, he says it gets in your blood. Eddie ("Coal") is familiar with the dangers of the job, having suffered second and third-degree burns on his hands as well as having both of his hands broken. He's worked with many of the men of Cobalt at various mines in the area throughout the years.
