Eileen Davidson originated the role of Jabot Cosmetics executive Ashley Abbott on CBS's "The Young and the Restless" in 1982. She departed the show in 1989 and returned in 1999. From 2007-2008, Davidson starred as Ashley Abbott on the daytime drama series "The Bold and the Beautiful." In October, 2008 she re-joined the "Y&R" cast.

Her feature film credits include starring roles in "Eternity" with Jon Voight and Armande Assante, and "Easy Wheels," with Paul LeMat. She also starred in "The House on Sorority Row." Eileen recently completed her first novel with co-author Robert J. Randisi, "Death In Daytime." It is a fictional murder mystery. In 2009 she will release a clothing line titled Femmology.
