Balloon blower-upper. Emilie Ullerup claims that her payslip had a more technical name but as she explains, "There's really no need to make it more elaborate. I put helium in balloons. That's it. I was very popular with the kids though!" Inspired by people who express themselves without reservation, Emilie Ullerup is conscious to challenge herself to do the same. "It makes you vulnerable, keeps you humble, and to me, that is beautiful."
