The EriAm Sisters from "America's Got Talent" is one of the top 40 acts on Season 4 of the NBC talent competition series. They are a singing group from Seattle, Washington, who have made it into the quarterfinals.
The EriAm Sisters are everyday young girls who happen to have extraordinary voices. Their parents were born in the East African country of Eritrea and moved to Amsterdam where both Lianda (age 15) and Salina (13) were born. Upon moving to Seattle, Haben (11) was born, completing the singing trio. Since the age of two, the sisters have been belting out songs in more than one language. The girls started singing in their living room and entertained family members during Christmas and other family occasions. Naturally, like most parents, they felt their daughters were extraordinary, but they didn't realize they weren't alone in that theory until a music teacher brought it to their attention. Whenever they are together, be it in the car, their room or walking outside, singing is the one thing that makes the girls happy. With the support of their parents the girls are ready to move their performance from their living room to the biggest stage of their young lives.
Audition
Haden Eriam, Salina Eriam, and Lianda Eriam are singing sisters ages 11 to 15. The EriAm Sisters hope to be the next Destiny's Child someday. Nick Cannon watched their audition with the girls' parents backstage and liked what he heard. The judges and audience loved the audition and the girls pass to the next round. David Hasselhoff thought they were the most talented kids he's ever seen on "America's Got Talent."
