Eric Allan Kramer stars in Disney Channel's "Good Luck Charlie" as Bob Duncan, a laid back husband and father who haphazardly tries to be the disciplinarian when his wife is at work. Kramer also appears in the movie "Thor," starring Chris Hemsworth, Anthony Hopkins and Natalie Portman.

Acting became a serious interest for Kramer during his high school years and upon graduation, he was accepted into the BFA acting program at the University of Alberta, Canada. There, he worked primarily in theater but also found work in television and feature films. He was also frequently hired as a fight choreographer because of his fencing and swordplay expertise.

Kramer left Canada when his role in the production of "The Foreigner" became available in Los Angeles. Once there, he began to garner roles in both television and feature films. His film credits include "Robin Hood: Men in Tights," "True Romance" and "High School High." In television, he was a series regular on the sitcoms, "Bob" and "Down Home," and has guest starred on "Murphy Brown," "Arli$$" and "Dharma & Greg." He also had a recurring role in "The Hughleys." His more recent TV credits include "My Name is Earl," "How I Met Your Mother" and "Wizards of Waverly Place."

Maintaining his roots in the theater world, Kramer is a member of the Antaeus Classical Rep Company in Los Angeles. He has performed in multiple productions, including the "The Wood Demon" at the Mark Taper Forum, for which he received an Ovation Award nomination.

Born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Kramer currently resides in southern California. He is a huge Detroit Lions fan and enjoys playing golf in his free time.
