Evan Ross stars in "90210" on The CW in the recurring role of Charlie Selby, Liam Court's (Matt Lanter) half-brother and love interest to Annie Wilson (Shenae Grimes).
Evan Ross, also known as Evan Olave Naess, is an actor and musician who's the son of entertainer Diana Ross and Norwegian man and mountaineer, Arne Næss, Jr. Evan is the brother of singer Leona Næss and actresses Rhonda Ross Kendrick and Tracee Ellis Ross.
Ross began his career as an actor while in high school. His first major role was in the film "ATL," opposite rappers T.I. and Big Boi. Ross then received rave reviews for his role as a troubled teenager in "Life Support," alongside Queen Latifah and his sister Tracee. Evan later co-starred in the biopic "Pride," in which he portrayed a good natured teen with a speech impediment. In addition, he made an uncredited guest appearances in the comedy series "Girlfriends," directed by his sister Tracee.
Ross has also appeared in "Mooz-Lum," alongside Danny Glover and Nia Long, "Linewatch," opposite Cuba Gooding Jr., and "Life is Hot in Crackdown." Ross starred as the love interest of Hilary Duff's character in the comedy drama "According to Great" and also appeared in the Notorious B.I.G. music video "Nasty Girl" and the Lionel Richie video "Just Go."
Ross released his first single in February 2011, called "Yes Me," which was produced by Tony DeNiro and written by both of them together.
