Firass Dirani stars in "Killer Elite," opposite Jason Statham, Clive Owen and Robert De Niro, as Bakhait.

Firass Dirani is one of Australia's leading up-and-coming Australian actors. His lead role as John Ibrahim in the 3rd season of the award-winning "Underbelly" series for Screentime and the Nine Network has caused a sensation both with the Australian public and industry insiders. He also stars in the Australian series "The Straits" with Brian Cox, and is known for playing Nick Russell, the Red Mystic Ranger, in "Power Rangers Mystic Force."

In 2010, he won the CLEO Bachelor of the Year, was nominated for IF "Out of the Box" Award and most recently won GQ Men of the Year "Best Television Actor" Award.

Other US film roles include "The Marine," directed by John Bonito, for 20th Century Fox and the role of Ali in "Pitch Black," opposite Vin Diesel and directed by David N. Twohy, for Universal Pictures.
