Bronx native Flex Alexander created, co-executive produced and starred in the successful television sitcom "One on One" for UPN. For five seasons, Alexander portrayed sportscaster Mark "Flex" Washington in the popular show.

For television, Alexander played Michael Jackson in "Man in the Mirror: The Michael Jackson Story." Other television credits include "CSI: Miami," "Cuts," "Girlfriends," "The Parkers," "Santa and Pete" with Hume Cronin and James Earl Jones, "Brooklyn South," "Total Security" (where he was a series regular), "Homeboys in Outer Space," and "Moesha."
Alexander began his show business career as a dancer and choreographer for the chart-topping groups TLC, Salt N Pepa, Queen Latifah, and Mary J. Blige. Alexander is also much in demand as a stand up comedian at top comedy venues across the country.
He's married to R&B vocalist Shanice and they have two children.
