These include his incredibly patient assistant Jenni Pulos, who still dreams of making it as an actress, despite seven years at Jeff's side, his beloved housekeeper Zoila, newly empowered and suddenly more flirtatious and feisty, and his business partner and former boyfriend, Ryan Brown. With the total collapse of the real estate market, Lewis finds himself in the uncomfortable position of having to take on design clients on "Flipping Out" Season 3, while taking orders and being nice to people. This season on "Flipping Out," Lewis will help Zoila date, reluctantly empowers Jenni, while managing the revolving door of colorful characters that staff his office. How does a house flipper, who can no longer "flip," keep from flipping out? Season 2 of "Flipping Out" broke records with five consecutive weeks reaching over one million total viewers and the finale episode setting a series high among adults 18-49 and in total viewers with over one million viewers in those demos.
