now booming, Lewis is back to his stressed-out self, and when House Beautiful magazine names him the designer for "Kitchen of the Year," the flip-outs reach an all time high. It's the most high-profile job he's had to date—and it's based in New York, so Lewis drags Jenni Pulos and Zoila Chavez across the country to be there for some much-needed moral support. This season Lewis also expands on his family of disgruntled yet lovable employees. Chavez is Lewis's rock, but this season she is feistier than ever! Pulos has been promoted to Chief Operations Officer—a promotion with no pay increase—and Lewis's bubbly sister-in-law Sarah Berkman is back as his full-time assistant. Jett Pink, the hot house assistant, is a father now and Trace Lenhoff, the intern a.k.a. "mini-Jeff" is back as a full time employee.
