He later returned to series television in ABC's "Ugly Betty" as Giovanni, Betty's love interest.
His feature film credits include "Bobby," "Nothing Like the Holidays," which he also executive produced, "Grindhouse," "Harsh Times," "Lady in the Water," "Poseidon," "Dreamer," "Havoc," "A Walk in the Clouds," "Dead Presidents" and "Payback."
Rodriguez lives in Los Angeles with his wife and two sons.
