Gaia Scodellaro stars in "You, Me and the Apocalypse" on NBC as Sister Celine Leonti, a wide-eyed innocent nun recently assigned to work alongside foul-mouthed priest Father Jude (Rob Lowe).

Born in Naples, Italy, and raised in New York, Gaia Scodellaro developed her love of acting at Manhattanville College. However, it wasn't until moving back to Naples that she began to pursue her dream. In 2009 she performed her first role in the burlesque show "Ambrosia," directed by Patrick King.

Scodellaro's television credits include a role in the Italian television series "Cugino e Cugino," the Italian soap opera "Centovetrine" and "Le Mani Dentro la Citt
