"Game Change" cast also includes Ron Livingston as Mark Wallace, a senior advisor to the McCain-Palin campaign, who also led Palin's debate preparation team; Peter MacNicol as Rick Davis, national campaign manager for McCain's campaign; Sarah Paulson as Nicolle Wallace, a senior advisor for the McCain-Palin campaign; Jamey Sheridan as McCain speechwriter Mark Salter; and Bruce Altman as Fred Davis, McCain's chief media strategist.
